Secondary Markets: Top 10 MSAs

Zoning: Residential, industrial, or unincorporated land

Condition: Pre-development / unentitled

Size: 3+ acres in urban/infill markets; 10+ acres in suburban markets

Primary Locations: New York, New Jersey, Florida

Other Areas: Core East Coast markets, primarily along the I-95 corridor
